Delivery & Shipping Policy

Enjoy complimentary shipping and returns on all orders.

Shipping Times & Rates

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Singapore. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, on all online orders above $500, Love & Co will arrange our own delivery fleet.

For each address within Singapore, the following charges apply:

Ground Shipping: $0

For regular items, please allow 3 – 5 business days. However, for specific categories like our wedding band and engagement ring collections, additional customisation may be required. 

Express Delivery: $30

Orders placed before 10:00AM SGT will be delivered within 3 business days. If you have any special requests for your delivery, do drop a note to our Customer Service Team to confirm if the request can be adhered. We do not accept next-day delivery policy.

More information on Complimentary Shipping:

  • Unless express delivery is chosen, free shipping is the default option for all purchases.
  • Complimentary insurance coverage is applicable to all orders delivered within Singapore. Rest assured your item will be safely delivered to you.

Exchange Policy:
For any purchases, we offer a 7 days exchange policy, subject to our own internal quality check.
