Return & Exchange Policy
Love & Co Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. This Return and Exchange policy sets out our procedures for change of mind after purchase.
There is no return and cash refund in any part or in full for items purchased. In the event that you change your mind regarding the item you purchased, you can return it to us to exchange for other items that is/are equal or greater in price. If you select a product(s) that is/are greater in price, you will have to pay the price difference. All returns to exchange a product has to be done within 7 days upon receiving your item. Shipping fees will not be refunded for exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, not damaged in any way and in the original condition that you received it. All tags and original packaging must be intact. Love & Co. reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request if these conditions are not met. In the unlikely event that you received a defected item, please contact us at our Contact Us page within 3 days upon receiving your items.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you would like to make a return and exchange for another item, you can email us at [email protected] with your invoice and the item you would like to exchange to. We will then advise accordingly if the exchange is possible. Thereafter, if approval is given for a valid exchange, our customer sales representatives will contact you to bring your items to a local retail store for exchange. Purchased items can only be returned in the country where it was originally purchased.
Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER PLATFORMS
If you would like to exchange for an item bought from other platforms e.g. Shopee or Lazada, you will need to initiate a chat via the Shopee or Lazada app through your order details. Mention that you would like to make an exchange for another item and our representative will get back to you at our soonest.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND ENGRAVED JEWELLERY
For all special orders, including but not limited to customized jewellery and engraved jewellery, these items would not be eligible for exchanges. In addition, sponsored jewellery such as items used for giveaways are also not eligible for exchanges.
We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, amend the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy at any time and without notice to you.
