Eligibility to Participate in Contest

The Campaign is open to individuals who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age as at the date of the Qualifying Purchase.
- Make a Qualifying Purchase of $3000 spent in a single receipt at Love & Co during the Qualifying period from 1 August 2026 to 14 February 2027, both dates inclusive.
- Provide accurate and complete particulars, including their full name, identification number, contact number and email address, where required.
- Love & Co may require a Participant to provide proof of identity, proof of purchase, payment records or any other supporting documents for verification purposes. Participants must possess a valid Singapore identification document, work pass or other form of identification acceptable to Love & Co.
- Participation in the Campaign constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
One (1) Entry will be awarded for every complete SGD3,000 spent in a single receipt on products at Love & Co retail outlets and Eshop Singapore site during the Qualifying Period from 1 August 2026 – 14 February 2027.
- Each SGD3,000 spent in a single receipt will qualify the Participant for one (1) Entry. For the avoidance of doubt:
• Every SGD3,000 spent in a single eligible transaction shall entitle the participant to one (1) Entry;
• Where a single eligible transaction amounts to SGD 6,000, the participant shall be entitled to two
• Entries and each additional SGD 3,000 spent thereafter shall qualify for one (1) additional entry
• And any remaining amount that is less than SGD 3,000 after calculating the number of qualifying Entries shall not qualify for an additional entry.
- Purchases made under separate receipts may not be combined or aggregated for the purpose of obtaining an Entry
- The Qualifying spend will be based on the final amount paid after the application of all discounts, vouchers, promotional credits, rebates, cancellations, returns, refunds and other adjustments.
- Full payment for the Qualifying Purchase must be received and successfully processed for an Entry to qualify.
- Deposits, instalments or partial payments will not qualify unless the purchase has been fully paid within the Qualifying Period
and otherwise satisfies these Terms and Conditions.
- Purchases of gift vouchers, gift cards, repair services, delivery charges or such other excluded products or services identified by Love & Co will not constitute Qualifying Purchases.
- There is no limit to the number of Entries that an eligible Participant may earn during the Qualifying Period, provided that each
Entry is supported by a valid Qualifying Purchase.
- Entries are personal to the Participant and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, sold or combined with the Entries of another person.
Submission Rules and Winner Selection

- Participants must provide accurate and complete information as required by Love & Co. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent or linked to any cancelled, returned or refunded purchase will be disqualified.
- The Winner will be selected at random from all valid Entries received during the Qualifying Period. More information on
the draw details and winner announcement will be released closer to the end of the Qualifying Period.
- The selected Winner will be contacted using the details provided and must submit the required identification and
proof of purchase within the stipulated period.
- If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to provide the required documents, Love & Co may disqualify the selected Winner and select a reserve winner.
- Love & Co’s decision on the validity of Entries, eligibility of Participants and selection of the Winner shall be final and binding.
Prize Vehicle and Redemption

- The Contest Prize is one (1) DENZA D9 Elite, being the Prize Vehicle.
- The Prize Vehicle is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
- The Winner must complete all redemption requirements for the Prize Vehicle within the period. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize Vehicle.
• For verification purposes, the Winner must present, in person, any original winner notification issued by Love & Co and his or her Singpass or physical NRIC/FIN on the scheduled appointment date and at the location designated.
• BYD may postpone the redemption date or change the redemption location by notifying the Winner and/or Love & Co.
Prize Vehicle Specific Terms

The Prize Vehicle comprises the vehicle only and does not include any ancillary or consequential costs associated with vehicle ownership, operation or registration. Without limitation, the Prize Vehicle expressly excludes, and the Winner shall be responsible for procuring and paying for, the following:
• Certificate of Entitlement (COE);
• motor vehicle insurance;
• road tax;
• Vehicle Emissions Scheme (VES) surcharge, if applicable;
• servicing programme;
• On-Board Unit installation;
• number plate;
• Goods and Services Tax (GST);
• registration fee;
• Additional Registration Fee (ARF);
• any fittings, fixtures and accessories other than those provided by BYD in its sole discretion; and
• any other fees, charges or costs not expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize Vehicle.
The Winner shall pay all amounts arising from or in connection with the Prize Vehicle in full before collection and shall register the Prize Vehicle within one (1) month from the announcement of the Contest result. If the Prize Vehicle is not registered within such period, the Winner shall bear any warehousing, storage, administrative or other charges incurred until the Prize Vehicle is registered and all relevant fees, costs and expenses are paid.
BYD may, but is not obliged to, assist in obtaining a COE on behalf of the Winner. Any such assistance shall be subject to BYD’s prevailing terms and conditions, including payment of any applicable deposit, GST, fees and charges.
The colour, specifications, fittings and accessories of the Prize Vehicle shall be determined by BYD in its sole discretion.
No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be provided.
Personal Data and Publicity Consent

By participating in the Contest, the Participants consent to Love & Co and BYD and their respective related corporations, business partners and agents collecting, using and disclosing their personal data, including name, contact details, identification information, image and voice, for purposes relating to the Contest, the Event, winner verification, publicity, prize fulfilment, registration and delivery of the Prize Vehicle (including our Privacy Notice accessible at https://love-and-co.com/pages/privacy). The Winner further agrees to be photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to participate in reasonable publicity, marketing and promotional activities relating to the Contest, the Event and/or the Prize Vehicle without compensation.
- Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Contest T&Cs.
- Love & Co shall be responsible for the administration, operation and conduct of the Contest, including participant-facing communications, eligibility validation, collection of entries, winner selection and announcement.
- Love & Co’s decisions on matters relating to Contest mechanics, eligibility and Winner selection are final.
- Once the Prize Vehicle has been collected, any matters relating to the quality, performance, registration, ownership or use of the Prize Vehicle shall be handled directly between the Winner and BYD, without prejudice to any applicable law or the terms of any separate agreement between them.
- Love & Co and/or BYD reserve the right to amend, modify, or vary these Contest T&Cs and/or cancel or suspend the Contest at any time at their sole discretion without prior notice.
