Determine Your Ring Size

MEASURE YOUR RING SIZE WITH A PIECE OF PAPER

    1. Find a strip of paper that is at least 10cm long.
    2. Wrap it around your finger.
    3. Use a pen or maker to mark the point where the end meet.
    4. Lay the paper on the ruler and annotate the measurement in millimetre (mm).
    5. Use the table below to discover your ring size.

MEASURE YOUR CURRENT RING

    1. Select a ring that properly fits the intended finger.
    2. Place the ring over the circles below, matching the inside edge of the ring to the circle nearest in size. This measurement refers to the inside diameter of the ring.
    3. If the ring falls between two sizes, order the larger size.

    2. By default, our pendants come in a 40cm chain. For ladies who like to style up and stack their pendants, they can opt for longer chains 45cm and above.

Determine Your Bracelet Size

    An average south east asian lady is about 5-5.5 inch in wrist circumference, so a bracelet of 16cm will be suitable.

    1. To measure the circumference of your wrist, wrap a string around the smallest part of your wrist, right above your wrist bone.
    2. Mark where the ends meet with a marker or pen.
    3. Lay the length of the string flat next to a ruler and add 1-2cm to note down the measurement to get the size.

    2. Measure the distance of the 2 furthest knuckles with a string or measuring tape.

Does Love & Co. provide warranty for jewellery products?

Unfortunately, Love & Co. do not provide warranty for our jewellery products. However, rest assure that our products are authentic and of the highest quality possible. In addition, we have a complimentary 30 day exchange policy should you face any issues with your jewellery products. You can refer to our returns and exchange policy to learn more.
Does Love & Co. provide engraving service?

Yes, we provide engraving service for selected products. Please write in to us at info@love-and-co.com if you require engraving service or you can head down to any of our stores to know more.

For all online purchase of engravable products, they have to be brought down to the store within 2 weeks of purchase. Products sent for engraving must also have no visible signs of wear or use, subject to the professional evaluation of our sales staff.

In addition, kindly note all engraved products are non-exchangeable or refundable.
Am I able to custom build my ring from scratch?

Yes, we understand that it is important for you to have your very own ring. From every claw to the finishing of the ring, every decision is yours. With our bespoke ring collection, you can choose your diamond and match it with your preferred ring colour, style and settings, all from scratch. Start building your ring here
Can I purchase a Love & Co. ring casing without the diamond?

Our ring casings are sold with our diamonds. Unfortunately, we do not sell ring casings separately.
How do I know if an item sold online is available in retail stores?

Aside from our online exclusive collections, most of our designs listed online are also available at our retail stores. As stock levels across our stores may differ, not all designs listed online are available in all our stores islandwide. If you will like to phyisically view an item you are interested in, we will advise for you to write in to us at info@love-and-co.com so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Will out of stock items be restocked?

We aim to ensure that all products listed online are available. If a design that you are interested in is out of stock, you can choose to get notified when item is available. Alternatively, you can write in to us at info@love-and-co.com and we can assist to run a check on its availability in stores or in our warehouse.
How can I check for in-store availability?

You can check the in-store availability of your desired item by clicking on the "find in store" button on the product page.

However, do note that stock levels are updated on a daily basis. As such, the actual stock availaiblity
will depend on purchases or movements of the stocks on the day itself.
How should I clean and care for my jewellery?

To ensure your jewellery maintain its beauty and shine for generations, it is important to know how to protect and care for your jewellery. It is a good practice to keep your jewellery away from chemicalss like lotion, perfume and cosmetics as chemicals might damage the surface of your jewellery pieces. Being careful with your jewellery under extreme light and heat is also a point to note, as UV light might speed up the deterioration process. You can learn more about jewellery care here
How do I untangle my necklace or bracelet?

With all chain jewellery, it is a likely possibility that the chains might get tangled. You can try untangling your necklace with your fingers or using a safety pin. Do note to be as gentle as possible as you slowly work your way through the process. However, if it still does not work, you can bring down your jewellery to any of our stores, and our friendly store consultants can assist to untangle it for you.
Does Love & Co. provide ring resizing?

We offer complimentary ring resizing for most of our ring designs as long as it is within 2 ring sizes difference and 30 days of purchase. However, as not all our ring designs are available for ring resizing, do drop us an email at info@love-and-co.com or you can head down to any of our stores to enquire more.
How do I know my ring size?

We know that finding the correct ring size can be an overwhelming experience. You can refer to our online ring sizing guide to get your ring size.

Alternatively, if you need further assistance, we will advise you to head down to any of our stores and our friendly store consultants can get your ring size measured professionally.
How do I know the recommended necklace length?

Necklace and pendant comes in a huge variety of lengths and the recommended length varies from person to person. By default, our pendants are paired with a 40cm chain, which is the universal chain length that is flattering on an average Asian lady. However, for ladies who like to style up and stack their pendants, they can opt to top up for longer chains 45cm and above.
How do I know my bracelet size?

An average south east asian lady is about 5-5.5 inch in wrist circumference, so a bracelet of 16-17cm will be suitable. To measure the circumference of your wrist, measure the smallest part of your wrist, right above your wrist bone and add 1-2cm to get your bracelet size.

Most of our bracelets are adjustable and can be hooked tighter to make the bracelet more snug around your wrists.
How do I know my bangle size?

Our bangles are listed in wrist diameter. As such, to get your bangle size, measure the distance of the 2 furthest knuckles with a string or measuring tape while making a fist.
What if the design I want do not have my size?
